Refund and Returns Policy

At Aahar Vihar Diet Clinic, we strive to provide exceptional services and high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund and returns policy:

1. Consultation Services

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your consultation appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds in these cases will be provided at our discretion.
  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your consultation without penalty by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

2. Refunds for Digital/Online Services

  • Non-Refundable Services: Due to the personalized nature of our online consultations and diet plans, once the service has been delivered (i.e., consultation completed, or plan started  or diet plan provided), these services are non-refundable.
  • Exceptional Cases: In the event of technical issues or mistakes on our part, please contact us to discuss potential solutions, such as rescheduling the service or offering a partial refund, depending on the situation.

3. Product Refunds and Returns

We are committed to providing high-quality Ayurvedic products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within same day of receiving the product. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and photos/video of the damaged item. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • Return Process: For returns due to damage or defects, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the condition you received it. We will provide instructions for returning the item. You may be responsible for shipping costs, depending on the situation.
  • Non-Refundable Products: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products, unless they are defective. This policy applies to all our Ayurvedic products.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/whatsapp notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
